If you provided your email address when placing your order, we'll send you an order confirmation by email, usually within a few hours. We also send a shipping notification email when your order ships.

Why do I have to pay sales tax on my order?

We are required to collect sales tax on orders shipping to any state where we have offices (currently only New York State).
